• All national deliveries are shipped by the carrier  NACEX www.nacex.es.

• All vacuum-wrapped products can be shipped worldwide.
• Not vacuum-wrapped products can only be shipped within the European Union.
• Shipping periods range from 48 hours within Spain to 5 days to the rest of the world.

  Should, for any reason beyond the control of Monsalud, delivery take longer than the foreseen time limit, Monsalud offers its clients the option to cancel their order at the full expense of Monsalud.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Monsalud- Brumale SL, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the merchandise and we will issue a refund.

The merchandise must be in perfect conditions and in its original packaging.

All costs related to the return of the merchandise will not be refunded.

As soon as we have received the merchandise and verified its condition, we will generate a refund via a bank transfer.

If a product is not received in sufficient sanitary conditions for it to be consumed without risk of health, a full return will be permitted at full expense of Monsalud, including costs related to the return of the merchandise, as long as we are informed about this within 7 days of the date you received the merchandise.

Returning a product:

All products offered in our online shop are endorsed by Monsalud. Our mission is offering the maximum quality and the best guarantee to our clients. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within seven (7) days of the date you received the merchandise.

In case of returning the product, shipping costs will not be refunded. As well as any receiving cost will be at the client’s expense (these are equivalent to the shipping costs that correspond to the type of product acquired).

In order to effect the return in question, the product must be in perfect conditions and in its original packaging. As soon as we have received the merchandise at our warehouse and verified its condition, we will proceed to refund your money via a bank transfer.

The return of defective products and erroneous shipments will be at full expense of Monsalud, including shipping costs, as long as Monsalud is informed about this within seven (7) days of the  date you received the merchandise.

Once you have received a confirmation on our part, you must send us, alongside the returned merchandise, the following withdrawal document withdrawal to be consulted here.

Right of Withdrawal found in Article 40.1 of Law 7/1996.

Once the merchandise is received on the part of the client, (s)he has the right to withdrawal within the time of 7 days from said receipt, without payment of penalty; the only costs (s)he must pay are the costs of returning the product, as well as in the case of indemnity for any damage caused to the object of purchase. This buyer´s  right is not applicable to those products which cannot by their nature be returned: rural tourism, etc...

 

The consequences of the exercise of this right are that the seller must return the price paid by the buyer; if the sale was made by credit card, the return shall be made in short time; if the sale happens to have entailed a credit agreement, this agreement shall be resolved.
