Sierra de Montánchez (Extremadura) for a period of more than 18 months and made available to you when our expert ham artisans determine that it is in its prime. |
Preparation: Once our pure, acorn-fed Iberian Shoulder Ham is selected and it has been verified that the product is in optimal condition for slicing, our master carvers slice it by hand and package it in vacuum-sealed envelopes.
