Our pure, acorn-fed, Protected Designation of Origin Dehesa de Extremadura Iberian Shoulder Ham, 4,5kg in weight, made from 100% guaranteed purebred Iberian pork raised on natural acorn mast diet, cured in the traditional way in the open air of the Sierra de Montánchez (Extremadura) for a period of more than 18 months and made available to you when our expert ham artisans determine that it is in its prime.
This product is shipped in a gift box ( see photo above)
