Our pure, acorn-fed, Protected Designation of Origin Dehesa de Extremadura Iberian Ham, 6 kg in weight, made from 100% guaranteed purebred Iberian pork raised on natural acorn mast diet, cured in the traditional way in the open air of the Sierra de Montánchez (Extremadura) for a period of more than three years and made available to you when our expert ham artisans determine that it is in its prime
Production: Once our pure, acorn-fed P.D.O. Dehesa de Extremadura Iberian ham is selected and it has been verified that the product is in optimal condition to be boned, our expert ham artisans boneless it by hand and vacuum-pack it.
The boneless piece loses around 50% of its weight after the bone and skin have been removed.
All of our hams are poke tested before shipping, for your total assurance.
Price corresponds boneless of a whole leg 6 kg. in weight. Net approximate weight 3,5 kg ( VAT Included)
